My journey into counseling
During my teenage years, I developed a curiosity towards the human mind and psychology. My passion drove me to my purpose. Having experienced the healing power of art, I use art as a medium to open up a person’s mind and heal their emotional wounds. The further I explore this profession, the more I understand the complexity of the human mind. My work allows me to not only support people in their emotional and mental well being, it allows me to grow as an individual and professionally with each client.
Remedy Style
Counseling is not a one size fits all cure for mental well-being. My remedy style encompasses various approaches. It delves into the client’s history, connections and behavioral patterns to determine the best approach. Together with the client, we explore the root cause, patterns and identify changes that can lead to satisfying results. The methodology we use is interdisciplinary and includes- movement, music, sound and art. This adds a unique dimension and provides comfort.
